Very happy with my magic circle and dvd. The Magic Circle is of the same quality as the one in my local pilates gym and the workout dvd is good also.

If you like Isometric and Pilates type excercises it is a great tool. Small lightweight and easy to transport. If you workout in your home it is worth the investment.

I have tried to like this product, as I am interested in pilates.
However, it is difficult for me to use, especially holding it between the knees & thighs. It hurts to squeeze & bruises me. I found that a 25 mm ball is a better choice.

This magic circle is durable and versatile. The DVD is informative, but I would have liked a chart of exercises, as well. This is the same Magic Circle that Pilates instructors use. I almost bought one from my Pilates teacher, but it was considerably more expensive and did not include the DVD. For core workouts, the Magic Circle can't be beat. It can also be used in conjunction with other equipment.
