As far as I am concerned, meditation is a life-changing tool. My two favorite CDs to meditate to include this one and Living The Secret Everyday:My Secret Meditation. Both CDs take the listener through to a deep level of relaxation and then sends wonderful messages to your unconscious- reprograming your mind to think positively and live the Law of Attraction to create a life of joy and abundance.I listen morning and evening and face the world daily empowered to create the life I want.

This is the best CD that I have listened to. I have several of Kelly Howell's CD's and they have changed my life. Universal Mind Meditation has given me a postive outlook on life. I was going through a hard time and listened to this CD. It helped me a lot in moving forward. Kelly has a slim natural CD that I listened to for 6 weeks and lost 20 pounds. I have kept the pounds off and now eat healthier. Attract Love is also a very good CD. My boyfriend and I were having problems and are now doing great after I listened to attract love for 6 weeks. It helped me to love my self first. I can't live without Kelly Howell's CD's at Brain sync. They have turned my life around and brought be great Joy.

I have several of Kelly's cd's and always enjoy listening to them. This one is different than most, as it does have the affirmations at an audio level. I have been listening to this particular cd for about three weeks and have noticed a difference in my attitude. When I wake up in the morning I feel more open minded and full of positive ideas. I would consider adding this cd to your collection.

Has great music. nice to listen to while falling asleep (it's designed to be listened to while falling asleep). If you mediate, but don't have the time that day, this is a great substitute. In any situation, for any person, I'd strongly recommend this propduct. I honestly believe it took all doubt from my mind that the "law of attraction" works. Believing in it is the hardest part, and this CD works for that. SIDE BENEFIT: Having trouble sleeping? Have issues with loud noises keeping you awake? This CD works wonders! It'll put you to bed.

This is a great way to learn positive thinking while your trying to fall asleep - the only issue is you need stereo headphones - I fortunately had comfortable ones so it did not interfer with my sleep.
