Product Description: Nylon fabric with pheonix design. Constructed with stainless steel. There are approximately 13 stainless steel bars attached to the nylon fabric giving the fan an overall weight of 1 lb. The folded height is 12 1/2". When opened the width is approximately 23 1/2". Opens with popping sound.
